We’re looking for a creatively ambitious Senior Social Content Creator who’s ready to take ownership of the creative direction across Instagram and Tik Tok. If you’re the person who spots a trend, instantly thinks “Justmylook could do this”, and knows exactly what makes someone stop scrolling - we want to hear from you.
About the role :This is more than just creating content. You’ll help shape the creative direction of Justmylook’s social presence, taking ideas from concept through to execution.
You’ll be:
- Developing social-first creative concepts across Tik Tok and Instagram
- Creating and editing Reels, Stories, UGC and short-form video
- Turning trends, cultural moments and commercial priorities into engaging content
- Developing strong hooks, recurring formats and creative series
- Supporting PR outreach, influencer activity, gifting and campaigns
- Taking creative ideas from initial concept through to final execution
- Testing new formats and using performance insights to improve content
- Helping raise the creative standards across the wider social team
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong experience creating content for Tik Tok and Instagram
- Proven short-form video, Reels and UGC experience
- Experience developing creative concepts, not just executing briefs
- A strong understanding of trends, hooks and social-first content
- Experience taking campaigns from concept to execution
- Experience working with influencer, PR or gifting activity
- Excellent creative instincts and a genuine point of view
- A proactive approach with plenty of ideas
- A genuine passion for beauty, social and content
