- Assist with placement of orders via phone, email, mail or fax
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Versed with Auto Count software, for invoicing and back-of-house logistics management between Sales and Warehousing teams
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and adapt to changing procedures and processes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required by superior
- Secondary School/ O Level or any equivalent
- Min 1 year of relevant working experience
