Job Title: Contract Student Care Teacher

Employment Type: Contract (Minimum 3 Months)

Salary: $10.00–$12.00 per hour

We are looking for dedicated, caring and responsible individuals to join our team as Contract Student Care Teachers.

Our student care centre provides a safe, nurturing and structured environment where primary school children can learn, play and develop essential life skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students, providing homework guidance and supporting daily educational activities to ensure a positive learning experience.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Supervise primary school children during daily centre activities.
• Assist students with homework and provide academic guidance.
• Maintain classroom discipline and effective classroom management.
• Conduct and support in-house enrichment programmes and learning activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour, good habits and character development.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
• Support centre activities, events and daily operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum GCE O-Level, A-Level, Higher Nitec or Diploma qualification.
• Prior experience in student care, teaching or working with children is an advantage.
• No prior experience required, as training will be provided.
• Patient, responsible, caring and passionate about working with children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage a group of primary school students effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
• Minimum commitment of 3 months.
