About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Cosmo Medical Spa Pte Ltd as a Beauty Consultant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert beauty advice to our clients in our Clementi salon. You will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their desired looks and feel confident.
What you'll be doingProvide personalised consultations to understand each customer's unique beauty needs and preferences
Offer expert guidance on the most suitable beauty treatments, products, and application techniques
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting work environment
Assist with front desking duties
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
Champion the company's mission, values, and brand image with each customer interaction
Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Beauty Consultant or similar role in the hair and beauty industry
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others feel and look their best
Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide tailored recommendations
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
