Key Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits and engage students and families to improve school attendance.
- Support students' reintegration into school through personalised transition plans.
- Work closely with school staff and external agencies to support student cases.
- Facilitate student engagement activities and targeted intervention programmes.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and monitor student progress.
- Duties include both school and after‑school hours.
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in youth work, case management, or school‑based support is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student‑centred approach.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information professionally.
12 months contract (Aug 2026 to Aug 2027)
6 hours per visit, 2 to 3 times per week.
10am-4pm or 10:30am-4:30pm
