Shipping Assistant (MNC / Marine and Power Industries)
Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm [ NO OT Required ]
Location:
2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
Basic: $3,000 - $3,700 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]
Requirements- Ensuring a smooth and efficient transportation of goods from warehouse to various destinations
- Manage billing to customers with high accuracy
- Preparation and Stock entries into system
- Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to meet customers' needs
- Responsible for coordinating and sourcing for freight forwarders
- Responsible in accounts opening of new vendors
- Ensure that all shipments comply with local and international regulations, including customs clearance and documentation requirements
- Propose insurance as and when required, follow up cases with vendors pertaining damage/loss cargo during transportation
- Coordinate with Sales Team on client requirements and billing term status;
Coordinate with Italy HQ Shipping/Sales Team for orders in conditions documentations - Participation in annual inventory count
