Salary: Up to $3,500

Weekdays (8:00am – 5:00pm), Alternate Sat (8:00am – 12:00pm)
Location: Clementi
Key Duties- Respond to client inquiries and provide daily operational assistance.
- Handle quotation preparation, data updates, and documentation management.
- Carry out Customs/ Trade Net permit submissions for import and export processes.
- Work closely with logistics partners, shipping agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage reporting tasks, invoicing, and ensure proper completion of all job records.
- At least 3 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
- Diploma in Logistics or a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of Customs/ Trade Net permit declaration processes.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
