Salary: $2400 - $3000
Mon – Fri (08:30am - 5:30pm)
Location:
Pandan Crescent (Clementi)
- Coordinate and arrange daily delivery schedules.
- Monitor and update delivery status, ensuring smooth execution of logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory movements, including stock receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Prepare and manage warehouse inbound and outbound documentation.
- Liaise with customers, transporters, and internal team to coordinate logistics activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other logistics-related documents when required.
- Follow up on shipment status and resolve any delivery or operational issues.
- Support warehouse and operations teams in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
