Job Summary

Our 10 locally owned & independently operated Sport Clips hair salons in the Triad Area are looking for talented leaders who are passionate about men’s hair and making their clients look great! Our team of professional cosmetologists is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building a large client base. The ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our leaders and hair stylists so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends.

• Locally Owned and Independently Operated – a total of 10 stores in the Triad
• Flexible schedule – a wide range of shifts and open 7 days a week
• Earnings potential ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 for full‑time assistant managers (not including tips)

• A valid NC cosmetology license is required (barbers are not eligible)
• Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a team of cosmetologists
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in the store
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends
• Positions located in Greensboro, Burlington, Kernersville, High Point, Clemmons, Winston‑Salem (cosmetologists only)
