Assistant General Manager
We are Carrols LLC, the largest Burger King franchise with over 800 restaurants. We seek an Assistant General Manager to help oversee operations of a million-dollar restaurant, driving business disciplines across Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Sales Building, and Cost Controls.
EssentialJob Requirements
- Ability to work a 50 hour work week which will include nights, weekends and some holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and Personal Transportation.
- Outgoing Personality.
- Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality product to our guests in the most efficient and friendly way possible.
- Inventory Management.
- Bank Deposits.
- Training.
- Performance appraisals.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
