Position: Technician, Assembly Test 2
Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Produces hydraulic components utilizing processes such as subassembly, assembly, acceptance testing, and finishing (Final-out).
Major Accountabilities:
Build and finish (final out) hydraulic components by following engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and industry specifications.Accurately record all processed documentation, including assembly work records and acceptance test data sheets.Proficiently use and train others in measuring tools (e.g., OD & s, height gauges, dial calipers, optical flats).Read assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and written instructions to build and assemble components.Understand and adhere to Triumph Actuation Systems-Clemmons procedures and paperwork systems.Meet production deadlines by following correct procedures independently.Troubleshoot, build, test, and repair production units.Contribute to team efforts, work safely, maintain a positive attitude, learn procedures, follow leadership guidance, and train less experienced team members.Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
Ability to bend, carry up to 40 lbs, and sit or stand for at least eight hours per day.
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience:
Two years in aviation maintenance, military, or manufacturing.
Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Airframe & Powerplant License preferred.Mechanical aptitude.Ability to read engineering drawings.Basic computer skills.Basic math skills.Ability to read and write in English.Note: Pursuant to ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants for SELECT positions must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residence, or U.S. Immigration Status.
