• Control profitability by following cash control procedures, maintaining property inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts every other week.
• Ensure the restaurant is kept clean, and the team provides an exceptional visit for the guests with friendliness and a quality product.

• Restaurant General Manager Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process.
• The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:
• Maryland: $53,000 to $58,000
• New York: $55,000 to $60,000
• New York City: $65,000 to $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 to $58,000
