This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee, as the employer, is responsible for all employment matters.

Shift Managers lead each shift, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, monitor performance, enforce safety and security, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
