About The Role
A high‑end residential design and prefabrication firm is seeking an onsite Sales Leader to lead a small team and manage a sales pipeline. All leads are inbound. Sales are conducted primarily by phone and email with clients building coastal, mountain, and luxury primary homes.
Onsite | Clemmons, NC$85–95k base | OTE $100k+
Relocation Available
What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and support inside sales reps
- Manage full‑cycle phone‑based sales
- Guide clients through design, engineering, and prefabrication steps
- Write clear, professional emails and handle complex conversations
- Work some evenings and 2–3 Saturdays per month
- Background in luxury residential construction sales, custom homes, or related fields
- Strong understanding of residential construction basics
- Experience selling to high‑net‑worth clients
- Strong phone presence and professional communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Onsite availability with minimal travel
- $85–95k base salary
- Uncapped commissions, OTE up to $150k
