  • Assisting with stormwater calculations, hydrology reports, and hydraulic modeling

  • Preparing environmental and permitting documents including SWPPPs

  • Coordinating design elements with senior engineers and ensuring compliance with state/local regulations

  • Contributing to project planning, design reviews, and technical documentation

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of civil engineering experience, ideally in land development or site design

  • Strong proficiency with Civil 3D and comfort with stormwater analysis tools

  • Understanding of grading, earthwork, drainage systems, and utility design

  • Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with project teams, and stay organized on deadlines

Why You’ll Love This Opportunity
  • Work on a variety of projects—from private site development to public infrastructure

  • Clear growth path and the ability to work directly alongside seasoned engineers

  • A smaller, team‑oriented work environment focused on mentorship

  • Strong emphasis on learning, professional development, and technical skill‑building

  • See your designs actually get built and make an impact in the community

If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to keep advancing your engineering career, this is a fantastic place to grow.
