Review of house renovation/Permit pullingI need a PE to review the former work my family and I did on our property in the city of Clemson. House was fixed as a family project with the intentions to be an investment property. Our work wasn't permitted and now we need assistance in pulling permits on the work we previously did in order to rent/sell the property.
