Review of house renovation/Permit pulling

I need a PE to review the former work my family and I did on our property in the city of Clemson. House was fixed as a family project with the intentions to be an investment property. Our work wasn't permitted and now we need assistance in pulling permits on the work we previously did in order to rent/sell the property.

A: Here's a full list of the work we did:

General Remodeling:

Replaced the ceiling in the kitchen/living room

Added click floor in all rooms (except water heater room/upstairs first section)

Replaced all cupboards in the kitchen

Replaced water heater

Replaced the piping for the water heater

Added support beams under the house

Replaced water-damaged floor in kitchen

Replaced stairs going to upstairs

Replaced shingles

Replaced windows of all upstairs and downstairs (excluding the water heater room)

Replaced lighting/ceiling fans

Replaced the whole floor in the water room

Replaced all doors excluding front door and outside water heater room

HVAC:

Added HVAC piping

Added half bathroom upstairs

Replaced shower

Replaced toilets

Replaced kitchen/bathroom sinks

Replaced all plumbing with PEX

Electrical:

Replaced all sockets

New breaker panel

Rewired the whole house

Added two outside sockets
