Job Overview:
Fast Signs of Clermont is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our clients, supporting their signage and visual communication needs, and driving sales growth. You will serve as a key point of contact, providing solutions and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing expert guidance and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Sales & Consultation:
Understand customers' needs and provide creative solutions for their signage and visual communications projects. Proactively upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Order Management:
Accurately process orders and manage projects through our internal systems, ensuring timely production and delivery.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production, design, and installation teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Problem Solving:
Address customer complaints and issues professionally, aiming for quick and satisfactory resolutions.
Administrative Duties:
Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or business-to-business setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of accountability.
Knowledge or experience in the signage or printing industry is a plus.
