Provide vital support to residents, helping them maintain independence and safety, creating a nurturing environment where seniors thrive. Key duties include:
- Assist with daily activities such as grooming, dressing, and continence care
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Coordinate social engagement activities
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Support mobility needs, including lifting or transferring
- Experience in caregiving or personal assistance preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate approach
- Ability to monitor resident conditions effectively
- Knowledge of dementia care is a plus
- Basic understanding of vital sign monitoring is beneficial
- CPR and First Aid Certified
