Provide vital support to residents, helping them maintain independence and safety, creating a nurturing environment where seniors thrive. Key duties include:

• Assist with daily activities such as grooming, dressing, and continence care
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Coordinate social engagement activities
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Support mobility needs, including lifting or transferring

• Experience in caregiving or personal assistance preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate approach
• Ability to monitor resident conditions effectively
• Knowledge of dementia care is a plus
• Basic understanding of vital sign monitoring is beneficial
• CPR and First Aid Certified
