Communication & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Communications & Marketing Manager who can develop and promote the Melrose Barbers brand in an innovative and effective way. The ideal candidate will have strong communications and marketing experience, as well as video presentation skills to represent the brand on a variety of platforms.

Degree in Communications or Marketing
Proven experience as a Communications Manager
Excellent written and oral communication skills
In-depth knowledge of digital communication trends and social media
Ability to create and present video content convincingly
Excellent interpersonal skills

Development of Communication and Marketing Strategy:

Design and implement innovative communication and marketing strategies to increase the company’s visibility.
Create relevant and engaging content for social media, the website and other communication channels.
Managing internal and external communications, in line with the company’s objectives.

Brand Image Management:

Ensure Melrose Barbers’ brand image is consistent and appealing across all communication channels.
Oversee the creation of visual and written communication materials, including advertising campaigns, brochures and press releases.

Public Relations and Partnerships:

Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers and potential partners to maximise brand visibility.
Identify and negotiate strategic partnership opportunities to strengthen Melrose Barbers’ position in the market.

Video and on-camera presentation:

Be comfortable in front of the camera to represent the brand in promotional videos and other video content.
Contribute to the creation of compelling and engaging video content for digital platforms.

Social Media Management:

Oversee the company’s online presence on social networks.
Create engaging content and coordinate campaigns on social networks.

At Melrose Barbers we organise personalised in-house training courses throughout the year. At the request of our employees, we can also set up more specific training courses to develop their skills.
