Job Overview

Job Title: Administration Assistant

Actual Annual Salary: £22,213 - £24,211 (term time only)

Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £25,941 - £28,275 (CLF Grade B) (full‑time, all year round)

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2027

Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week – term time only plus INSET days

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the academy under the direction of senior staff.
  • Perform reception duties and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Order stationery and other office supplies.
  • Offer targeted administrative support for specific areas as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function.
