This role offers the chance to carry out QS responsibilities across the public sector in Manchester. As the Passive Fire Estimator, you will be:
Evaluating tender documents, specifications, drawings, and fire safety requirements. Preparing cost estimates and pricing for passive fire protection works, including:
Fire stopping Fire compartmentation Fire doors Cavity barriers Fire protection to structural steel Fire boarding and penetration sealing Obtaining and reviewing quotations from suppliers. Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to understand all specifications. Passive Fire Estimator required experience:
Minimum 4 years' experience doing QS works Proven experience working in the public sector Ability to demonstrate knowledge of fire doors and fire stopping As the Passive Fire Estimator, you will receive: £45,000-£55,000 25 days annual leave  statutory days Flexible working opportunity Healthcare and pension scheme We are keen to see CVs from Quantity Surveyors and Fire Protection Estimators.
