Affinity Partnerships are working with schools Nailsea & Backwell who are recruiting for Teaching Assistants. This is a great opportunity helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment within a dedicated schools.

Requirements:

Passion for education with a supportive and adaptable approach
An enhanced DBS check
Previous experience working with children or young people

Responsibilities:

Assist keeping pupils engaged throughout lessons
Following school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, health and safety
Encourage children's social, emotional and academic development
