Team Manager - Electrical Engineering is required for a market-leading engineering business delivering highly specialised technology solutions for advanced manufacturing and critical industrial environments worldwide. The organisation operates on large-scale, technically complex programmes and is recognised for strong engineering capability.

You will lead and manage a team of electrical sustaining engineers responsible for engineering support across the product lifecycle, including root cause analysis, design changes, validation, compliance, and reliability improvements.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
• Strong experience in electrical product design, development, and engineering.
• Experience in line management, coaching, and mentoring of engineers.
• Experience supporting PDPs, skills development, and career progression.
• Strong project coordination, governance, and team management experience
