Senior Project Manager – Sustaining duties to lead a portfolio of complex engineering projects focused on product lifecycle management, obsolescence, cost reduction and continuous improvement.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives.

• Lead multiple engineering projects and programmes.
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks and delivery plans.
• Drive obsolescence, product support and engineering change projects.
• Deliver cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Provide project reporting, governance and stakeholder updates.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes.

• Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or similar).
• Experience leading complex engineering projects within manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, risks and delivery schedules.
• A good understanding of engineering change, product lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
• Desirable:
  Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience with in high-tech or advanced manufacturing.

This is an on-site role based in Clevedon, North Somerset, with occasional international travel.
