Master Scheduler – Manufacturing Senior Specialist (Material Plan & Execution)

We need an experienced Master Scheduler to lead master production scheduling activities for our Oilfield Equipment business, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials and ensuring production plans are executed efficiently.

• Managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs, optimizing inventory and process improvements.
• Driving the S&OP process including workload and capacity analysis.
• Managing production slot plans and dates for both manufactured components and bought‑out finish items.
• Driving ownership of the plan and ensuring executability until handover to execution.
• Redefining processes and procedures regularly, requiring frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g., engineering, planning, maintenance).
• Managing manufacturing technique choices, ensuring technical know‑how.

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant subject.
• Possess demonstrable experience in materials planning within an electro‑mechanical environment.
• Be willing to take ownership of processes, innovate where possible, and lead by example.
