The Module Production Tabber Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting automated tabbing equipment used in the manufacturing of solar modules. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. • Operate tabbing, stringing, and associated production equipment in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor equipment performance and production output to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained.
• Perform product inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve routine equipment and process issues while escalating complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Perform equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance tasks, and basic machine adjustments as required.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Adhere to quality control standards and assist with identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing productivity, reducing waste, and improving product quality.
