Licensed Practical Nurse

Degree:
Certificate of Completion

Must be IV certified

Responsibilities include expediting patient referrals to specialty offices, answering patient and specialty office calls, and completing referral requests. Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals. Be well-organized and detail-oriented. Work independently and unsupervised with a strong work ethic. Ensure referrals are addressed timely. Remind patients of their appointments. Proficiency with general computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and Excel).
