Licensed Practical Nurse

• Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices.
• Answer patient and specialty office calls and complete referral requests.
• Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals.
• Ensure that referrals are addressed in a timely manner.
• Remind patients of their appointments.
• Work independently and unsupervised, maintaining a superior work ethic.

• Degree:
  Certificate of Completion.
• Must be IV certified.
• Experience:
  
  1 year in healthcare (preferred). 1 year in nursing (preferred).
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  LVN or LPN (preferred).
• General computer skills required—Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
