Job Description“Exciting Opportunity for Eligible Nurses! Our facility is a qualifying facility under the CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes initiative! Eligible RNs and LVNs may qualify for student loan repayment assistance or a financial stipend in exchange for a three-year service commitment, subject to the program’s terms and conditions. The initiative is funded by CMS, and CMS makes all eligibility, award, and funding decisions.

Job Title:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 8-hour shifts
Available shifts:
7am - 3pm:
Monday - Friday
7am - 3pm:
Saturday & Sunday

Requirements:
- LPN/LVN license required.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
- Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
- Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.
