Our client is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their growing finance team and play a key role in managing accounting operations and supporting strategic initiatives. • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster growth and collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-entity environments a plus.
