Job SummaryThe Account Coordinator is responsible for conducting construction project research/verification and delivering exceptional client service to assigned accounts pertaining to the preliminary notice and mechanic’s lien process. This position is responsible for communicating regularly with clients and ensuring prompt and accurate completion of work.
Essential Responsibilities- Conduct project research utilizing internet tools to verify information at the county and state level
- Manage queue of high-volume escalations of preliminary notices in accordance with state statute & deadlines
- Prepare and review legal documents
- Manage client accounts and correspond with clients via phone and email daily
- Other duties as assigned
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter
- Associate’s degree;
Paralegal or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 1 year of experience in a professional office environment or any combination of equivalent education and professional experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone and email
- Manual dexterity
- Near visual acuity
- Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor
- Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse
