Location: Hybrid near Cleveland, OH

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: $95,000-$105,000 base, depending on experience

• Lead key components of the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and internal reports for leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness with a focus on process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls while identifying areas for efficiency gains.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
