Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to support close, reporting, and reconciliation within a rapidly growing finance organization. The team is intentionally becoming more collaborative as the business scales, and this role plays a key part in that evolution.

• Support monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules
• Keep the general ledger accurate and aligned with accounting policies
• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
• Prepare audit documentation and respond to audit requests
• Contribute to process and system improvements focused on efficiency and accuracy
• Partner with finance and operational teams to support timely reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• ERP experience preferred
