Assistant Controller
Location: Hybrid (Cleveland, OH)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Target Compensation: $80,000 – $85,000 + annual yearly bonus

- Oversee daily workflow of the Accounting department and ensure proper staffing for all functions.
- Mentor, train, and develop Staff Accountants to build a high-performing team.
- Review monthly journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Manage all aspects of the General Ledger, including chart of accounts maintenance and transactional verification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA a plus.
- CPA license preferred.
- 5+ years of finance or accounting experience.
