Base pay range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year.

Position Overview

The Tax Manager is responsible for all facets of client engagements, supervising staff and directing the day‑to‑day progress of each engagement. The role involves preparing to handle a larger quantity and complexity of client assignments while developing client relationships.

Qualifications
  • CPA license preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of related experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic operating systems.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, building relationships and leadership, project management, and business development.
  • Self‑motivated and willing to work in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation typically ranges between $100,000 and $130,000. Additional incentives, bonus opportunities, medical programs, generous PTO and holidays, 401(k) matching, profit sharing, and other perks are available.
