Cerity Partners is searching for talented, bright, and motivated individuals with the highest level of personal integrity to join our Cleveland tax team January 2026 - April 2026. We are seeking a team player with a positive attitude and the highest level of personal integrity to join our team.

This is a paid internship program (20-30 hours per week) and a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional environment.

This role offers a flexible schedule, collaborative team atmosphere, and autonomy to manage your projects. This role is also ideal for someone looking for a part-time seasonal position in the financial industry at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local individual and business income tax returns
  • Create work papers that effectively tell the story of how projects were prepared
  • Research and analyze a wide range of tax issues
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business degree
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience

  • Tech savvy - Ability to quickly learn to navigate various software applications
  • Organized - Proficient at compiling data into a presentable orderly deliverable
