What You'll Lead
- Manage and grow a successful manufacturing-focused tax practice
- Serve as a trusted advisor to privately held businesses
- Review complex tax engagements involving corporations, partnerships, trusts, nonprofits, and high-net-worth individuals
- Provide advanced tax planning and technical guidance
- Mentor and develop future tax leaders
- Expand client relationships and support strategic business development throughout Northeast Ohio
What We're Looking For
- Active CPA
- 10–15+ years in public accounting
- Strong experience with privately held businesses
- Expertise in pass-through entities, S-Corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth clients
- Demonstrated client relationship and business development skills
- Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring tax professionals
Experience with a regional or Big Four accounting firm is highly preferred.
