Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per year

The Controller will oversee the accounting and HR functions, reporting to the CEO.

• Oversee full cycle accounting, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close
• > AP, AR, Payroll, GL
• Manage and train accounting department
• Manage cash flow, ensuring organizational needs are met
• Oversee purchasing and payroll activities
• Work with CEO to ensure contracts and pricing meet company standards
• Drafting and management of operational and project budgets and forecasts
• Financial reporting including balance sheet, operating costs, etc
• Maintain accounting and documentations systems - Quick Books
• Lead audit/finance committee
• Monitor banking information
• Inventory and fixed asset accounting
• Manage vendor pricing and contracts

• Prior experience leading Accounting + HR functions within 1 organization
• Quick Books Enterprise and Online
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Contract review

• ERP integrations / implementations
• Job costing
• Pricing negotiations
