- Manage and review complex tax work across individual, fiduciary, and gift taxation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the tax management team
- Ensure exceptional client service and responsiveness
- Drive business development initiatives to support practice growth
- Support and grow a practice focused on tax advisory for affluent clients and business owners
