Position: Records Management 2_Non-Cleared - Administrative & Clerical - Analysts

Job Description

Records clerk in a site safety and environmental context at Virgin, UT. Full‑time contract for 6 months, with the option to extend or transition to a permanent position. Shift Monday‑Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain site files, including regulatory and test documents (filing, scanning, etc.).
  • Perform visitor management for test activities.
  • Assist personnel on test days with traffic control, orientations, and observations.
  • Order supplies, coordinate special events, and support community relations.
  • Digitize extensive historical site and test information currently held only in physical form as part of a long‑term project.
  • Help create and maintain procedures (SWIs, etc.).
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Desired experience in records management.
  • Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office 360.
Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour (varies by education, experience, location, and duties).
