We are seeking a Full-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Candlewood Healthcare & Rehabilitation. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and their families while supporting the administrative functions of our healthcare communities. This position comes with a starting pay rate of $14 an hour. The typical schedule for this opportunity is Sunday through Thursday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position does not require a weekend rotation depending on community.

- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.
- Handle phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in ordering when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
