Installation Coordinator - Cleveland, OH

Overview

Our Installation Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to installations/services. They are responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.

• Verifies contract details post-sale
• Prepares initial labor and materials sheets to request project quotes; prepares final sheets for installation crews
• Manages timeliness and accuracy of vendor quotes; approves final quotes
• Prepares pre-installation inspection forms; researches and resolves inspection delays
• Determines necessity of ancillary project expenses
• Ensures gross profit levels are maintained
• Ensures reconciliations are done timely
• Ensures accuracy of reported Installer compensation
• Collects payments as necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of similar administrative support experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience a plus
• Customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environments
• Home Improvement/Home Services experience a plus
