Location: Cleveland, OH

Contract Duration: 4+ months with possible extension

Pay rate: $17–18.00/hr on W2

Provide excellent customer service, administrative support, and training to team members while handling complex clerical and technical issues.

• Independent decision regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of more complex administrative support.
• Coordinate, integrate, and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.
• Provide assistance and training to lower-level employees.
• Plan, coordinate, and confirm logistics for more complex meetings and travel.
• Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
• Apply detailed knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

• High school diploma
• Transportation and logistics experience
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• General office experience handling paperwork for truck drivers
