Delivery Driver / Data Moderator / On‑Site Scheduler
Location: Cleveland, OH (On‑site)
Duration: 3+ months
Rate: $17/hr (W2)
OverviewThe On‑Site Scheduler is responsible for running the day‑to‑day activities for on‑site collection projects. They guide study participants through the process from start to finish and collect all required information.
Duties and Responsibilities- Communicate with participants to confirm the date and time of the study.
- Greet and brief participants upon arrival.
- Collect signed consent and NDA forms.
- Gather participant demographic and payment data, and update an Excel tracker.
- Submit payment details for processing upon completion.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- General knowledge of online communication.
- Ability to follow directions and complete time‑bound tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks without degradation in quality.
- Detail‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
- Organized and able to work independently within a team environment.
