Schedule: 25-30 hours per week. Wednesday through Sunday. Weekends required.
Job Summary:The Guest Experience Assistant is responsible for supporting the Guest Experience Department (Volunteers, Front of House, Guest Services) to assist with ensuring an exceptional guest experience at Playhouse Square. This role manages volunteer communications, provides administrative support, and works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.

Guest Experience Communication, Support & Training
- Coordinate with House Managers and ushers to help maintain efficient operations during performances and events.
- Manage volunteer communications, scheduling, and training to ensure proper staffing and service quality.
- Create and manage all Eloqua e-blasts and communications for the Volunteer department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prepare and distribute materials, maintain records, and support multiple departments (Volunteer, Front of House, Guest Services).
- Respond to guest inquiries, address issues promptly, and maintain a positive, professional environment.
- Provide hands-on event assistance during high-traffic times such as festivals, concerts, and special events.
- Outgoing, people-oriented, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all stakeholders.
- Proactive problem solver with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Commitment to learning and professional growth.
- Ability to work independentlyскими and as partಷol team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

- Minimum two years of customer service experience.
- Experience with database management and report creation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
