Cleveland, OH POSITION SUMMARY The Executive Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support to the Senior VP of Flight Operations, and other executives in the Flight Department. Based in the Global Command Center, Cleveland, Ohio. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Assists the Flight Department executives in the management of his/her respective schedules utilizing MS Outlook including planning and organizing events, meetings and travel.

– This position will provide administrative support to the Flight Department executives as needed. – Handles telephone calls for the Senior VP from both internal and external customers. – Provide administrative support to the Flight Department executives in a variety of capacities including: – Filing, copy projects and mailings – Meeting preparation – Processing of letters, correspondence, memos, policies and procedures – Report generation – Invoice and expense reporting – Database management – Travel Co…
