The Cleveland, OH office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator reports to the Regional Director of Office Administration with a dotted line to the Office Managing Partner(s) and Deputy Office Managing Partner(s) of the offices they directly oversee.

The OA is responsible for the overall administration and operations of the assigned office(s), including the direct supervision of local secretarial, paralegal, operations, docketing and other professional staff. This role serves as a key liaison between firm leadership and local personnel, ensuring effective office operations, consistent implementation of firm policies and procedures, and a high level of service to attorneys and clients.

Office assignment is subject to change based on firm needs, business requirements, and the location of the OA.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned law firm administrator who combines strong operational acumen with people leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to balance firmwide consistency with local office needs. A detailed job description will be provided during the interview process.
