We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Cleveland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the automotive sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting dealership targets. This role involves fostering customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, monitoring sales performance, and providing training and support to sales staff. The Automotive Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Proven expertise in Automotive Sales and a strong understanding of the automotive industry
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong Sales skills, including the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and create action plans to achieve goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of the local automotive market is an advantage
