Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly + monthly incentives
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM EST

Our team is known for honest advice, expert workmanship, and a commitment to getting customers back on the road safely. We’re looking for a Service Advisor who’s passionate about helping people and ready to grow in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
- Greet customers and assist with service needs
- Recommend services and parts with confidence
- Coordinate vehicle workflow with technicians
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Build estimates and obtain customer approvals
- Ensure timely updates and vehicle readiness
- Perform road tests as needed
- Support shop operations with flexibility and teamwork
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
